Pulse is the world’s largest gathering of Customer-Led SaaS professionals. It brings together business leaders and practitioners every year to share ideas, strategize best practices, and build relationships with the larger community. It’s also the biggest stage for our value of “Child-like Joy,” with rap songs, musical theater, parody videos, and more!

Over the last decade, Pulse has been home to more than 5,500 in-person attendees spanning six continents and attracting professionals from all industries and levels—from recent college graduates to executives of Fortune 500 companies, including GE, Microsoft, Cisco, Salesforce, and more. Past speakers include Gretchen Rubin, Malcolm Gladwell, Beth Comstock, Salman Khan, and others.

Pulse officially kicks off on Wednesday, May 28th at 7:00 AM PT and concludes on Thursday, May 29th at 4:30 PM PT. We are planning an epic Pulse Party on Wednesday night that you won’t want to miss!

Pulse will be taking place in-person only. We will be adding session recordings to our Pulse Library in the months following the event.

The Pulse Standard Conference Pass is $1,495 + tax and fees. Special pricing will be available leading up to the event dates.

  • Super Early Bird Pricing: $995+, Available December 3, 2024 – January 31, 2025
  • Early Bird Pricing: $1,295+, Available February 1 – March 31, 2025
  • Standard Rate: $1,495+, Available April 1 – May 18, 2025

Pulse Conference Passes will provide access to the Keynotes, Breakout Sessions, Expo Hall, and Pulse Party. Continental Breakfast, Lunch and light snacks are included with all Pulse Conference Passes.

We offer discounts to groups of 5+. Details are available on the Pulse website.

We’ve negotiated discounted rates for Pulse attendees at 3 nearby hotels. These special negotiated rates are only available until May 6, 2025, so do not miss out!

Attendee room blocks are at Harrah’s Las Vegas, The Linq Hotel and Caesars Palace. Rates are $179-$199+/night depending on the property. You can view the details and secure your reservation here.

Please note that Caesars Forum, where Pulse takes place, is accessible via an indoor walkway from both Harrah’s and The Linq. To access Caesars Forum from Caesars Palace, you will need to cross Las Vegas Blvd.

There is a link in your confirmation email that will allow you to modify your registration. If there is a change you are unable to make online, please email us at pulseus@gainsight.com.

You can enter promo codes on the payment page. Please note that only one (1) promo code can be applied per ticket. We are unable to retroactively apply promo codes to existing tickets.

We accept all major credit cards.
Invoicing is reserved for groups of 12 or more.

Pulse Conference Passes
Cancel between December 3, 2024 – March 31, 2025 for a 50% refund minus a $150 fee. No refunds after April 1, 2025 – tickets may be transferred to a colleague.

You can transfer your Pulse Conference Pass at no charge by emailing pulseus@gainsight.com with the name and email address of the new ticket holder.

Anyone wanting to attend Pulse must be registered for a Pulse Conference Pass.

Confirmed speakers will receive one (1) Pulse Conference Pass.

We do not offer a one day pass to Pulse, however, you may purchase a Pulse Conference Pass and only attend one day.

The Mobile App will be launched in mid May. Keep an eye out for an email with further information!

Continental Breakfast, Lunch and light snacks are included with all Pulse Conference Passes. There will also be snacks and beverages at the Pulse Party on Wednesday evening.

There is no specific dress code for Pulse, however, business casual is generally appropriate.

Late May in Las Vegas generally features warm to hot temperatures with minimal precipitation. Daily temperatures in May range from 75°F to 95°F. See more detail here.

Shuttle service to/from hotels are not provided as all hotels are within walking distance to Caesars Forum.

Please note that there are no coat check facilities available at Caesars Forum. Please plan to keep your personal belongings to a minimum for your comfort.

Caesars Forum has a designated mother’s room – please ask event staff onsite for access.

Pulse Academy Live FAQ

Pulse Academy Live is designed for seasoned CS Admins with at least six months of experience, featuring interactive hands-on sessions, expert speakers, and advanced tips on Journey Orchestrator and data insights. Attendees will explore topics like Event Framework, API-based Rules, and creative solutions from experienced Gainsight Admins. The day concludes with an Admin Idea Exchange for collaborative problem-solving and sharing innovative solutions.

Pulse Academy Live will take place on Tuesday, May 27th from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST.

Pulse Academy Live is for in-person attendees only.

Full day courses are $599+ Tax

Snacks and beverages are included with Pulse Academy Live registration. Attendees will be free to head out for lunch on their own in the surrounding area.

Anyone can participate, but please make sure to read the course description for additional recommendations and prerequisites.

Gainsight Admin 200: Advanced Series
Designed for CS Admins with at least 6 months of experience, an engaging day is planned with a variety of interactive hands-on sessions and experienced guest speakers. Topics include a Journey Orchestrator advanced tips and tricks presentation and discussion with an expert JO operator. We will also practice using Pivots to gather more meaningful insights from your data with scenario based exercises. And by popular demand, we will be exploring the Event Framework and triggering Rules based on Events, including using APIs. Additionally, we’ve invited experienced Gainsight Admins to showcase some of their most creative solutions to common issues, including Audience sourcing in JO, creating unified Contact records and Contact cleanup, and more.

We will end the day with an Admin Idea Exchange to share and discuss current business challenges. Everyone will have the opportunity to present their problem, discuss with a small group, and share ideas and options with peers, so you can head back to work and tackle your issue with new creative solutions!

Pulse Academy Live tickets can be purchased by going to the Pulse event website.

You do not need a Pulse Conference Pass to attend Pulse Academy Live. We do recommend purchasing both to get the full Pulse experience, but it’s not required.

Please reach out to pulseus@gainsight.com if you need assistance transferring a ticket to someone else.

We will not be recording any academy sessions, as these courses are tailored to an in-person experience.

Please ensure you bring a charged laptop/with power, and notepad/pen if you wish to make notes on a session. For some sessions, we will encourage you to keep laptops closed and phone usage minimized to achieve full engagement from all participants. There will be breaks built into the day for opportunities to check emails. If there is prep work for your course, you will be notified in advance.

Pulse Academy Live is an in-person only event. However, we offer introductory and virtual Admin training on a monthly basis.

There will not be any on-site certification. For any attendees of the Admin 200 course who would like to attain their Level 3 Gainsight NXT Admin certification, there will be a discount voucher to the value of $150 which is 50% of the certification cost.
