Pulse Europe is the best gathering of Customer-Led growth professionals. Each year, top leaders and practitioners come together to explore the future of Customer Success, Community, Education, and Product Experience, sharing strategies, real-world lessons, and the ideas shaping the next era of SaaS.
More than just a conference, Pulse Europe is where the Customer Growth community connects. Attendees learn from industry visionaries, hear directly from companies driving growth through customer relationships, and build lasting relationships with peers from around the world.
And in true Gainsight fashion, Pulse Europe isn’t all business. It’s also a celebration of our value of Childlike Joy – with unforgettable moments like rap songs, musical theater, parody videos, and experiences you simply won’t find at any other conference.
Since 2015, Pulse Europe has welcomed more than 1,000 attendees across the globe, bringing together everyone from rising professionals to Fortune 500 executives from companies like GE, Microsoft, Cisco, and Salesforce. Past speakers include Gretchen Rubin, Malcolm Gladwell, Beth Comstock, Salman Khan, and more.
Pulse Europe officially kicks off on Monday 19 October at 12:00 and concludes on Tuesday 20 October at 17:00.
Join Monday morning for The Dig. The Dig is Pulse Europe’s Monday morning warmup—no keynotes, no big-room formats, no agenda you have to follow. Just explorers, finding their people, and uncovering ideas together. It’s included with your registration. Come if you can—no pressure if you can’t.

We are currently accepting applications for Pulse Europe speakers here.
Sessions are still being confirmed. The agenda will be announced in mid July. Please check the website for updates.
Sessions do not repeat. It’s definitely possible that there will be multiple concurrent sessions across different tracks that you’d want to attend (this is partly why we always encourage multiple people to attend from an organisation, so they can divide and conquer the great content). The good news is that after the conference we distribute recordings and slides from every session, so even if you miss one, you’ll be able to get caught up.
There is no specific dress code for Pulse Europe, however, business casual is generally appropriate.
Please complete this form to learn more about what Sponsorship Opportunities are available.
