Can I contact a “live” person for help?
YES! You can email PulseUS@gainsight.com and a member of our Corporate Events team will be able to assist you.
How do I log onto the virtual event platform?
You will receive an email closer to the event, with instructions on how to log on to the virtual platform along with your username and password.
Can I watch the virtual event on my mobile device?
Most up to date computers and mobile devices such as laptops, desktops, and handheld tablets are capable of running the virtual event for you.
Will I be able to see the presenters for each session?
Yes. You will be able to see all keynote and breakout session speakers along with their presentations.
Can I ask questions or chat during a session?
We encourage you to ask questions at any time using the chat function on the virtual platform. The chat function allows virtual attendees to pose questions from within the online platform. These questions are displayed to everyone during the session. The chat function allows attendees to engage in real time conversations with speakers and each other.
When will the detailed session descriptions be available?

What happens if I miss a session?
All keynotes and sessions will be available as a video at the end of each day. You will have access to watch all videos on demand as long as you are registered for the event. PDFs of the presentations will also be available post-event.
