Pulse Academy Live (PAL) is the premier Customer Success educational event in the world, offering a multi-track, day-long immersive educational experience for CS professionals of all levels.
New to 2022, we are offering a track geared towards Product professionals. Whether you’re new to Customer Success, have previously attended a Pulse Academy, have attained your certification via Pulse+, or are looking to advance your Gainsight Admin product knowledge, we have refreshed and advanced content, workshops, and experts to help accelerate your career and the impact you’ll have on your business.
Pulse Academy Live is a full day of in-person learning, with all new and refreshed programming for Pulse 2022.
Each track incorporates small group discussions, hands-on activities, ask-me-anything sessions, and opportunities to collaborate with like-minded peers. Expert leaders in Customer Success, Gainsight Administration, and Product Management, will guide the respective tracks and share their wisdom.
This year we’re excited to offer five distinct tracks for various Customer Success and Product personas.
This course is intended for new Gainsight Administrators and those responsible for maintaining and building out Gainsight within their orgs. We invite you to jumpstart your learning with a day of exciting, foundational content to help you become a successful Gainsight Admin. Follow along as we demonstrate how to achieve Data Readiness and effective Data Management; configure and work with the Rules Engine and Health Scorecards; as well as master CTA triggers and playbooks, and Reports and Dashboards. These sessions will combine directed instructions with collaborative group work to create a dynamic learning experience. As a result of completing this course, you’ll be prepared to complete your “Gainsight Associate Admin” Certification. Seats are limited to ensure a highly interactive and hands-on training experience!
This course is designed for experienced Gainsight Administrators. Are you a Gainsight Admin that wants to learn how to leverage some of the advanced Gainsight functionality to connect and analyze data in your instance more effectively? In this full day in-person session, we’ll share configuration and best practice tips from some of our most seasoned technical resources, on topics such as leveraging Gainsight APIs to call and write data, preparing data for use across tools like JO, Rules, and Data Designer, the new and improved Sightline Vault, getting more from CS with PX, and more! You’ll have a chance to collaborate with other Gainsight admins and work through hands-on exercises in a safe training environment. Advanced Customer Success Essentials will provide participants with leading practices, processes and skills for succeeding as a Customer Success Manager, including how to drive value with your clients, frameworks to maximize your discovery conversations, understanding and aligning to executive decision making styles, effectively influencing others, and more! This session will feature a mix of content, discussions, and interactive workshops focused on providing immediately actionable practices that CSMs can use to better engage and grow their customers.

Join Gainsight’s PX team for an exciting hands-on workshop focused on giving you the tools to build a data-driven roadmap, successful user enablement / onboarding experiences, and an engaging product release experience. We’ll also teach you how to leverage advanced features in PX such as webhooks, custom events, and powerful data integrations, so that you leave as a PX Power User.
