Pulse Europe is EMEA’s gathering of Customer Success, Product, and Community professionals. It brings together business leaders and practitioners annually to share ideas, strategise best practices, and build relationships with the larger community. It’s also the biggest stage for our value of “Child-like Joy,” with many fun initiatives, like rap songs, musical theater, parody videos, and more!

Over the years, Pulse has been home to more than 5,500 in-person attendees and more than 20k virtual attendees spanning six continents and attracting professionals from all industries and levels—from recent college graduates to executives of Fortune 500 companies, including GE, Microsoft, Cisco, Salesforce, and more. Past speakers include Prof. Brian Cox, Christina Kosmowski, J.B. Wood, Geoffrey Moore.

Pulse Europe officially kicks off on Wednesday, November 9th at 7.00 AM GMT and concludes on Thursday, 10th November at 5.00 PM GMT. The in-person Pulse Europe Party is at the Skylight rooftop terrace on Thursday, 10th November.

The Pulse Europe In-Person Standard Conference Pass is £1,199 + VAT. Special pricing will be available leading up to the event dates.

  • Super Early Bird Pricing: £599 + VAT, Available April 20th – May 31st

Pulse Europe In-Person Conference Passes will have access to the Welcome Reception, Keynotes, Breakout Sessions, Expo Hall and the official Pulse Europe Party. Continental Breakfast, Lunch and light snacks are included with all Pulse Europe Conference Passes.

The Pulse Europe Virtual Conference Pass is £399 + VAT and will have access to Keynotes, Breakout Sessions, and the virtual Expo Hall.

Pulse Europe Academy Live! is the premier Customer Success educational event in the world, offering a multi-track, day-long immersive educational experience for CS professionals of all levels.

  • Gainsight 101: Gainsight Admin Foundations
    For new Admins, we invite you to jumpstart your learning with a day of exciting, foundational content to help you become a successful Gainsight Admin. Follow along as we demonstrate how to achieve Data Readiness and effective Data Management; configure and work with the Rules Engine and Health Scorecards; as well as master CTA triggers and playbooks, and Reports and Dashboards. These sessions will combine directed instructions with collaborative group work to create a dynamic learning experience. As a result of completing this course, you’ll be prepared to complete your “Gainsight Associate Admin” Certification. Seats are limited to ensure a highly interactive and hands-on training experience!
  • Advanced Customer Success
    This advanced course is intended for leadership and Pulse Academy alumni. We’ll deep-dive into key metrics and strategies in sessions, roundtables, and small groups.
  • Customer Success Fundamentals
    This course will provide you with the foundation necessary to be successful in this rapidly-growing profession. It’s perfect for those new to Customer Success, new to the role of CSM, or anyone looking to learn the fundamentals of CS.

Seats are limited to ensure a highly interactive and hands-on training experience!

Academy tickets can be purchased separately by going to the Pulse Europe site. You can register by going to this link and clicking on the “Register Now” button.

The health and safety of Pulse Europe attendees is Gainsight’s highest priority. We are following state and local government guidelines and adhering to venue requirements. In-person attendees will be required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19. Additional details will be shared with registered attendees as the date approaches.

You can make changes to your registration by going to this link. If there is a change you are unable to make online, please email us at pulseeurope@gainsight.com.

To apply a promo code to your order, choose your desired ticket type and quantity first, then enter your promo code in the text box labeled “Promo Code” located above the “Order Now” button, then press Order Now.

Please note that only one (1) promo code can be applied per ticket. We are unable to retroactively apply promo codes to existing tickets.

    Cancel between April 20th – August 31st for a 50% refund minus a £150 fee.
    No refunds after September 1st, 2022.
    If you’ve purchased an in-person ticket and are no longer able to travel to Lonodn, please reach out to pulseeurope@gainsight.com and we will transfer your registration to a virtual ticket. Ticket transfers before August 31, 2022 will be refunded the difference in ticket rates. Ticket transfers after September 1st, 2022 will be refunded 50% of the difference in ticket rates.
  • Pulse Europe Virtual Passes
    No refunds
  • Pulse Academy Live Passes
    Cancel before August 31st for a 50% refund minus a £150 fee.

You can transfer your Pulse Europe Conference Pass at no charge by emailing pulseeurope@gainsight.com.

Anyone wanting to attend Pulse Europe must be registered for a Pulse Europe Conference Pass.

Confirmed speakers will receive one (1) Pulse Europe Conference Pass.

We do not offer a one day pass to Pulse, however, you may purchase a Pulse Europe Conference Pass and only attend one day.

Registration for individual sessions will not be required. However, you will be able to build a personal agenda via Grip, our Mobile App in August. Instructions will be sent to all registered attendees in September.

Sessions do not repeat. It’s definitely possible that there will be multiple concurrent sessions across different tracks that you’d want to attend (this is partly why we always encourage multiple people to attend from an organisation, so they can divide and conquer the great content). The good news is that after the conference we distribute recordings and slides from every session, so even if you miss one, you’ll be able to get caught up.

There is no specific dress code for Pulse Europe, however, business casual is generally appropriate.

London is well-known for its changeable and rainy weather, so expect London in November to be exactly that! Temperatures will be cold, between 6C and 10C (42F and 50F). To prepare for your visit, make sure to wrap up warm!

There will be no child care services available onsite at Pulse Europe. Please inquire about child care services or recommendations with the concierge at your selected hotel. Be certain to make arrangements prior to your arrival in London.

Tobacco Dock will have designated areas for privacy. Please check back closer to event dates for specific locations and information.

There will be seating marked Reserved for Accessible Seating in the Keynote and Session Rooms. All events and receptions will have seating available for those who are unable to stand for long periods of time.

All Keynotes will have front row seating reserved for those with mobility, visual, or interpreting needs.

Yes, a cloakroom will be available near the registration area at the Tobacco Dock on the lower ground level. Please plan to keep your personal belongings to a minimum for your comfort.

We’ve created a template you can use to justify your trip. Download the template, fill in the highlighted areas, save and send it to your manager.

We have not opened a call for speakers for Pulse Europe 2023 yet. Please check back with us in the Fall for submission.

You do not need a Pulse Europe Conference Pass to attend Pulse Academy Live. We do recommend purchasing both to get the full Pulse Europe experience, but it’s not required.

You must select a specific Pulse Academy Live course at the time of registration. You will be directed to the appropriate course room when you arrive at the event.

We will not be recording any academy sessions, as these courses are tailored to an in-person experience.

Please ensure you bring a charged laptop/with power, and notepad/pen if you wish to make notes on a session. For some sessions we will encourage you to keep laptops closed and phone usage minimised to achieve full engagement from all participants. There will be breaks built into the day for opportunities to check emails. If there is prep work for your course, you will be notified in advance.

Pulse Academy Live is an in-person only event. However, we offer an elearning companion for customer success training called Pulse+.
